Return Policy

General Merchandise (see exclusions below)

Defective merchandise will be replaced within 20 days at no cost to the customer. Please contact customer service at (425) 489-3839 to schedule your replacement.

30 day return policy

  1. Return authorization number required – Call Sound Ergonomics, LLC to request
  2. New condition
  3. Original packaging
  4. Less shipping charges
  5. Return freight must be prepaid
  6. Restocking fee of 20%, shipping charges are non-refundable
  7. Returns accepted and refunds issued at the discretion of Sound Ergonomics, LLC
    1. Sound Ergonomics, LLC has the option of accepting slightly used products for a reduced rate of refund

A return authorization number must accompany returns. Contact Sound Ergonomics prior to shipping return merchandise.
