All warranties are invalidated by non-factory modifications and unauthorized repairs, which will immediately terminate all liability by Oakworks® for the product or damages caused by its use.
The buyer and its customers shall be responsible for proper set-up and use of the products as well as any supervision required for safety. In no event shall Oakworks® be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages or costs. Use of non-approved cleaning solutions voids the guarantee on all fabrics.
All warranties are limited to factory provided replacement parts, factory repair or replacement at the discretion of Oakworks®. The warranties set forth herein are the sole and exclusive warranties provided by Oakworks®. There are no other warranties, representations or guarantees provided by Oakworks® either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty valid with proof of purchase.
Receiving your Order
Notify Oakworks® and the shipping company within 10 business days if there are any shipment shortages, damages or defects. Failure to do so constitutes conclusive proof that the products were received without fault. If you find damage, save all packaging materials for inspection. Do not sign a free and clear delivery receipt if damage to the packaging indicates potential damage to the product.
Shipping F.O.B. Factory
FOB Shrewsbury. All products shipped from our factory become the property of the buyer when they leave our building. Shipping damage and lost shipments are not the responsibility of Oakworks®. We will assist you in recovery of lost goods or damage if it occurs. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with a customer refused delivery of product.
Should you have a problem while the exam table is under warranty or after the warranty has expired, please contact Sound Ergonomics at (425) 489-3839. Please have the following information ready:
- Facility name, address and telephone number
- Serial number of your exam table (located on the underside of table)
- Date of purchased, Original purchase Order number
- Description of the problem you are having
HÅG Warranty
General warranty terms and conditions
Flokk´s warranty covers all HÅG chairs against material and manufacturing faults and defects from the chair’s production date. The warranty covers any necessary spare parts. Labor and transport costs are not covered. Wear and tear must be expected from normal use and are not covered by the warranty. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum weight for users is 250 lb.
The warranty is offered on the condition that the chair is used in normal conditions and for the purpose intended, and fabrics/leather undergoing normal cleaning and according to the specification of the fabric supplier. The guarantee does not cover the consequence of wear and stains when choosing a light (white) color for plastic or metal components.
Flokk reserves the right to make small construction alterations without notice.
10 year warranty for HÅG products and accessories
Flokk provides a 10 year warranty for all HÅG chairs and accessories that are in normal use for up to 9 hours per day. Please also see the general warranty terms and conditions above.

Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for all HÅG chairs that are in normal use for more than 9 hours per day. Please also see the general warranty terms and conditions.
Spare parts guarantee
Flokk guarantees the delivery of spare parts for a minimum of 10 years after the chair’s production date. The guarantee covers the parts necessary to maintain the chair’s original functionality.
Seating, Inc. Warranty
Coverage Period: Lifetime (which is the entire time owned by the original end user)
Limitations: Users weight is not to exceed 300 lbs. Normal Use of 8 Hour Workday with 5 Day Work Week
Hospital Warranty Coverage Period: 15 Years
Limitations: Users weight is not to exceed 300 lbs. Multiple shift users in hospital/healthcare environment
